That is a sizing question and it is the first thing we work out. Submersible pumps draw several times their running load at startup, so the unit has to be sized for the surge, not the nameplate. The quote asks about your pump directly.
I am on propane. Does that work?
Yes, and most rural properties here are. The question is tank size relative to how long you want to run, which is why we ask rather than assume.
Can it run the pump and the house?
Depends what else you want on. Well pump, refrigeration and heat is a common configuration. Whole-home including air conditioning is a bigger unit. Both are priced in the quote.
How far from the house can it sit?
Further than most people expect, though distance from the gas source and the panel is what drives the trenching cost. The quote asks about both.
